Welcome to the Appzard Rewards Mobile App (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Rewards Program

2.1 Earning Points Points can be earned through eligible purchases, promotions, and activities as specified within the App. The methods for earning points and the number of points awarded may vary and are subject to change at our discretion.

2.2 Redeeming Points Points can be redeemed for rewards as described within the App. Redemption of points is subject to availability and specific terms and conditions applicable to each reward. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.3 Expiration of Points Points may expire after a certain period as specified within the App. We reserve the right to modify the expiration policy at any time.

3.1 Prohibited Activities You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm or impair the App.
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
• Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

3.2 Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Appzard and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

4.2 License Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimers The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5.2 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appzard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
